3. Judgment dated 20th February, 2018 (Annexure-4) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh in Crl.MP. No.84 of 2017 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of filing of the petition, i.e., from 19th April, 2017.

4. Since none appears for the Petitioner to pursue the matter, this RPFAM stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

5. Interim order dated 21st December, 2018 passed in I.A. Nos.386 and 387 of 2018 stand vacated.
