2. Mr. Samir Kumar Mishra, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioner states that the decree of divorce by mutual consent along with the direction for payment of alimony has been affirmed by the Appellate Court. Although a copy of the said judgment is not available to the Petitioner yet, he states that once the copy is received, appropriate steps will be taken by the Petitioner to comply with the said judgment.
3. At his request, list on 14th September, 2023. The interim order passed earlier will continue till then.
