2. Mr.P. Das, learned Counsel on behalf of Mr.S.Dash, learned Counsel for the Petitioner is present and files Vakalatnama with consent of the previous Counsel. The same be kept on record.

3. Mr. Das further submits that this Appeal is covered by judgment dated 30.01.2020 passed in LAA No. 45 of 2010 and hands up a copy of the said judgment.

4. Mr. Rout, learned ASC is present.

5. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed in terms of the judgment of this Court dated 30.01.2023 in LAA No.45 of 2010 (Paradeep Phosphates Ltd. v. State of Odisha & Ors.)

6. Since this matter is dismissed at the stage of admission and the private Respondents are yet to be noticed, needless to mention here that if the private Respondents have been paid in the meantime in term of the settlement arrived at between the representatives of the land loosers and the management of the PPL, the differential amount with accrued interest in terms of the impugned judgment shall be paid to them within 4 months from the date of this judgment.

7. Office is directed to communicate this Order to the Court below along with a copy of the judgment dated 30.01.2023 passed in LAA No.45 of 2010.
