01. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Mr. Dalei, learned Counsel for the Petitioner is present and submits, Judgment dated 10th November, 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.4916 of 2019 was communicated to the Opposite Party/Contemnor on 5th December by the Petitioner remaining present physically in the office. It was also communicated to the Opposite Party/Contemnor by the Office of the learned Advocate General. The said Judgment of this Court is yet to be complied with, though it was directed to reinstate the Petitioner in his service with all service benefits i.e. what he would have been entitled to had he been allowed to continue in the said post from the date his disengagement till the date of his reinstatement.
3. Mr. Rout, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that he has instruction to appear for the Contemnor and prays for two weeks time to take instruction and file the Compliance Affidavit/Show Cause.
4. Prayer for time is allowed.
5. Compliance Affidavit/Show Cause be filed by 21st July, 2023.
6. Matter be listed on 28th July, 2023.
