11. 1. This is an old case of the year 2007. This matter was finally disposed of by the judgment dated 6.12.2022. For raising of some confusion in the ultimate direction of this Court by Mr. S.P. Mishra, learned Senior Advocate, this Court on 17.01.2023 while allowing the I.A. No.166 of 2023 was inclined to recall the judgment dated 6.12.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.9429 of 2007. This matter needs fresh hearing. It is, at this stage of the matter, Mr. Moharana, learned counsel for Opposite Party No.4 submitted that since after final disposal of the matter his client has already taken away the brief from him, he may be granted with some time to contact his client.
