7. 1. Mr. Bhuyan, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners

and submits, his clients are transferees from original lessee. They are

aggrieved by order dated 24th September, 2013 made by the authority

in suo motu Appeal Case no.2414 of 2013. He submits, regarding

invoking this power there were several writ petitions dealt with by the

first Division Bench of this Court on judgment dated 2nd January,

2023 made by this Bench in, inter alia, W.P.(C) no.1608 of 2014

(Narottam Rath v. State of Odisha and another).

2. Mr. Rout, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel

appears on behalf of State and submits, the writ petition has been

listed after long time. On query from Court he submits, it requires

adjudication on questions of law. He be given some time to get ready.
