ECMAS Resins Pvt. Ltd. v. State of Odisha, AIR 2022 (Ori.) 169, the questions of law urged by the Department in the present revision petition do not arise for consideration as they stand decided against the Department by the above judgment.

2. The revision petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
