        16.      1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the Appellant at the time of call.

3. This appeal has been filed assailing the judgment dated 29th November, 2003 and decree dated 11th December, 2003 respectively passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bargarh in Original Suit No.92 of 2001, directing the Appellant to pay maintenance of Rs.750/- per month to the Respondent from the date of the judgment. It is also directed that the amount of maintenance, if any, being received by the Respondent under Section 125 Cr.P.C., shall be adjusted from the aforesaid amount.

4. Since none appears on behalf of the Appellant to pursue the matter, the appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
