2. Heard Mr.Gokulananda Sahu, learned counsel on behalf of Mr.A.K.Nanda, learned counsel for the Appellant and Mr.S.Suvashis Pattanaik, learned Additional Government Advocate for the Respondents.
3. The Appeal is admitted to answer the following substantial question of law:-
"Whether the concurrent findings of the Courts below that the Plaintiffs has not proved his case of acquisition of title over the suit land by way of adverse possession is the outcome of perverse appreciation of evidence and without taking into account the settled position of law holding the field?
On consent of the parties, hearing of the Appeal is taken up for hearing.
The hearing being concluded; judgment is reserved.
