        2.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment dated 27th October, 2022 (Annexure-5) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Puri in CRP No.94 of 2018 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs.2,000/- per month to Opposite Party from the date of application, i.e., from 11th December, 2018.

3. Mr. Dora, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo, prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM.

4. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed as withdrawn.
