        6.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment dated 29th November, 2014 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara in Criminal Proceeding No.79 of 2011 (Renumbered as 352 of 2013), whereby the Opposite Party has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month to the Petitioner from the date of the order.

3. Ms. Sahoo, learned counsel being authorized by Mr. Bose, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo, prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM.

4. Accordingly, the RPFAM is dismissed as withdrawn.
