2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.

3. Judgment dated 3rd May, 2014 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Puri in C.R.P. No.33 of 2012 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby allowing an application under Section 127 Cr.P.C., the Opposite Party has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs.1000/- per month to the Petitioner from the date of the order.

4. Although the matter was filed on 1st August, 2014, but no step has been taken for condonation of delay of eleven days in filing the RPFAM.

5. Since none appears for the Petitioner, the RPFAM stands dismissed being barred by limitation.
