                 4.         1.      This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. Judgment dated 3rd February, 2016 (Annexure-2) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur in Criminal Proceeding No.167 of 2012 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.3,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.2,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.2 through his mother guardian (Opposite Party No.1) from the date of application, i.e., 13th July, 2012.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo states that the Petitioner does not want to press the RPFAM.

4. Accordingly, the RPFAM is dismissed as not pressed.
