2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.

This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment dated 12th June, 2006 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Criminal Proceeding No.707 of 2002, whereby the Opposite Party has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs.500/- per month to the Petitioner from the date of the order, i.e., from 12th June, 2006. The Petitioner in this RPFAM seeks to challenge the quantum of maintenance as well as the effective date from which the maintenance should be paid.

4. Since none appears on behalf of the Petitioner to pursue the matter, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
