07. 1. Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant
appellant-husband. He submits, his client is aggrieved by judgment dated
12th July, 2022. It was made ex-parte against his client, dissolving the
marriage at the instance of respondent-wife. Reported delay is 86 days.
2. Ms. Mohapatra, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent-
wife and submits, she opposes the application for condonation of delay
because her client has since remarried. She prays for leave to file affidavit
to bring the fact on record along with appropriate disclosure.
3. Respondent-wife has leave to file affidavit. It will be accepted on
adjourned date upon advanced copy served.
