    01.     1.    This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual
            /Physical Mode).

2. This Contempt Petition is filed alleging violation of the Court's order dated 14.10.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.20655 of 2022.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that as against the order passed by a Single Judge Bench on 14.10.202 the State-Opposite Parties-Contemnors preferred a writ appeal bearing W.A. No.829 of 2023. Referring to order dated 07.11.2023 which has been annexed to the contempt application as Annexure-5 learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said writ appeal has been dismissed in the meantime. In such view of the matter and on the prayer of learned Additional Standing counsel the Contemnors are granted further three weeks time to implement the order dated 14.10.2022.

4. Considering the submission made and as a last opportunity this Court deems it proper to provide as a last chance and the Contempt Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Parties-Contemnors to comply with the direction of this Court dated 14.10.2022 in W.P.(C) No.20655 of 2022, if the same has not been complied with in the meantime, within a period of three weeks from the date of service of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner, provided the operation of order/judgment has not been stayed by higher forum and file compliance report before the Registry of this Court within one week thereafter. It is made clear that in the event the order of the Court is not given effect to within the time stipulated hereinabove, it will be construed to be deliberate violation of this Court's order.

5. The CONTC is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
