03. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Mr. B.P. Das, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner

contends that the present writ petition is covered by the judgment of

this Court in Gopinath Sahu v. State of Odisha, AIR 2020 Orissa

150. He further contends that in compliance with the said judgment,

the relief sought for in the present writ petition has already been

granted.

3. Therefore, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the

judgment in the case of Gopinath Sahu (supra).
