21. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2. Mr. S. Sekhar, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners in
W.P.(C) No.19875 of 2019 has filed a short written note of
submission whereas, Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned Additional
Government Advocate (AGA) has filed a short affidavit to pointing
out that the content of the letter dated 13th August, 2007 and the
recruitment of eighteen candidates to the post of Assistant Station
Officer (ASO) vide the order dated 10th November, 2010
(Annexure-7 to the writ petition) are outcome of bonafide mistakes.
3. Mr. Alok Kumar Panda, learned counsel appearing for the
Petitioner in W.P.(C) No.30991 of 2021 has also filed a written
brief of submission. Note of submissions and the affidavit are taken
on record.
