2. In course of preparing for judgment, it came to light that the Court below has issued summons basing on the petition under Section 12 of the PWDV Act as also Domestic Incident Report. This Court would light to peruse the Domestic Incident Report for better appreciation.

3. The Court below be asked to transmit the Domestic Incident Report as also the order in which summons was directed to be issued to the petitioner.

4. This order be communicated to the Court below forthwith.

5. List this matter on 28th August, 2023 under the same heading.

6. Interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date.
