2. Mr.S. Mohapatra, learned counsel for OP-2 files a copy of the judgment passed on 18th July, 2023 by learned Judge, Family Court, Dhenkanal in CP No. 07 of 2022 allowing the application U/S. 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage, Act, 1955 for mutual divorce and, thereby, the parties having already settled the matter, the present criminal proceeding in CT Case No. 97 of 2019 pending before the learned Assistant Sessions Judge- cum-Special Track Court, Bhubaneswar can be quashed by taking into aforesaid amicable settlement. The judgment be kept on record.

3. On the other hand, Mr. D. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioners acknowledges about the compromise entered into by the parties.
