01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Mr. A. Tripathy, learned Counsel for the Petitioners is present and submits, Order dated 9th September, 2021 passed in W.P.(C) N.21237 of 2020 is yet to be complied with. He further submits, the said order was passed based on the Judgment dated 9th September, 2021 passed on the same day in W.P.(C) No.19951 of 2021. Though Writ Appeal No.777 of 2021 was preferred against the said Judgment, but the said Appeal was dismissed on 12th April, 2023.

3. Mr. S.N. Pattanaik, learned Additional Government Advocate is present and submits, he has instruction to appear for the Contemnors and prays for two weeks time to take instruction and file compliance Affidavit. Prayer for time is allowed.

4. Compliance Affidavit be filed by 12th May, 2023 after serving copy of the same on the learned Counsel for the Petitioners.

5. Matter be listed on 18th May, 2023.
