2. Heard Mr. S.K. Sahu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the State-opposite parties.

3. Mr. S.K. Sahu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the case of the petitioner is covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Sri Jagannath Temple Managing Committee v. Siddha Math and Ors., AIR 2016 SC 564 : (2015) 16 SCC 542, to which Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the State-opposite parties has no objection.

4. In the above view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment.
