2. Mr. A.P. Bose, learned counsel for the Petitioner by relying upon certain judgments of the Apex Court prays to grant bail to the Petitioner, but Mr. S.R. Roul, learned ASC seeks for some time to obtain criminal antecedent of the Petitioner.

3. In view of such submissions, list this matter on 10th May, 2023, by which date up-to-date Case Diary including criminal antecedent, if any, of the Petitioner be obtained by the State.
