1. As an interim measure, it is directed that subject to payment of Rs.1.00 lakh (rupees one lakh only) and Rs.12,500/- per month to the Opposite Party as maintenance, no coercive measure shall be taken against the Petitioner pursuant to judgment and order dated 18th March, 2023 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore in Criminal Proceeding No.382 of 2018 till the next date.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
