2. Mr. Sachindra Pradhan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Debasis Tripathy, learned counsel submits that the brief has been taken back by the Petitioner to engage some other counsel.

3. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.

4. Judgment dated 22nd April, 2017 (Annexure-2) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Dhenkanal in Cr.P. No.27 of 2013 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.2,000/- per month to opposite Party No.2 from the date of filing of the application.

5. Since none appears for the Petitioner to pursue the matter, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
