        2.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.

3. Judgment dated 14th December, 2016 (Annexure-2) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhawanipatna in Criminal Proceeding No.40 of 2016 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.1,500/- per month to Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.750/- per month to each of Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 from the date of filing of the application, i.e., from 23rd July, 2016.

4. Perusal of the record reveals that although the matter was filed on 21st March, 2017, but no step either to remove the defect or to get the matter listed has yet been taken by learned counsel for the Petitioner.

5. Since none appears for the Petitioner to pursue the matter, the RPFAM is dismissed for non-prosecution.
