2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.

3. Judgment dated 25th January, 2016 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore in C.P. No.98 of 2010 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay Rs.75,000/- to the Opposite Party towards her permanent alimony.

4. Perusal of the record reveals that although the matter was filed on 17th February, 2017, but no step either to remove the defect or to get the matter listed has yet been taken by learned counsel for the Petitioner.

5. Since none appears for the Petitioner to pursue the matter, the RPFAM is dismissed for non-prosecution.
