04. This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

This is an application for modification of the order dated 03.04.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the said order, the date of the judgment and order of the learned trial Court has been inadvertently mentioned as "15.03.2023" instead of "21.03.2023" and the same may be accordingly corrected.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection. After hearing the learned counsel for the respective parties, in the order number 3 dated 03.04.2023 passed in I.A. No.740 of 2023, the judgment and order of the // 2 //

learned trial Court shall be read as "21.03.2023" instead of "15.03.2023".

Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. The prayer for modification stands allowed. The I.A. stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
