01. 1. For the reasons stated therein, the applications are allowed. Filing of certified copy of orders/judgments under Annexures-2, 4, 5 and 6 is dispensed with for the time being.

Issue notice to Respondent on the questions of limitation and admission by registered/speed post with A.D., making it returnable before the next date, requisites for which shall be filed within three working days. Accepts one set of process fee. The tracking report be placed on record before the next date.

3. List on 8th May, 2023. Till the next date, the impugned order of the learned Single Judge dated 28th November, 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.24774 of 2022 shall remain stayed.
