16. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

2. The Appellant has filed this application under section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure has prayed for modification of the judgment dated 10.01.2022 passed in R.S.A. No.41 of 2014 followed by the decree.

3. In course of hearing Mr.S.S. Rao, learned counsel for the Appellant prays for withdrawal of this petition seeking liberty for the Appellant to file a review application on the ground that the Appellant having come to know certain facts as to the sources of earning of the Respondent, those if would have been placed at the time of hearing of this Appeal, this Court would have taken a view, different from the one which has been taken.

4. Keeping in view of the submission as above, this application stands disposed of granting liberty to the Appellant to file an application for review of the judgment and decree passed in RSA No.41 of 2014.

5. The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
