06. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. Mr. B. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner by drawing attention of the Court with regard to disposal of the identical matters in W.P.C.(OAC) No.3008 of 2013, submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the said judgment, but he could not produce the copy of the judgment and requests this Court to list the present matter along with W.P.C.(OAC) No.3008 of 2013.

3. Accordingly, list the present matter on 12.04.2023 along with W.P.C.(OAC) No.3008 of 2013.
