The Registry will ascertain if any appeal has been filed against the impugned judgment dated 31st May, 2022 which is common to two other writ petitions apart from the one filed by the present Appellant (Dr. Chinmaya Rashmi Ranjan Mohapatra). In other words, the Registry will ascertain if any appeal has been filed by the Petitioner in W.P.(C) No.27613 of 2021 (Mohan Lal Khadia) and W.P.(C) No.27620 of 2021 (Biswajit Kar).

2. List on 20th April, 2023 along with W.A. No.897 of 2022 and other such appeals, if any.
