01. This matter is taken up through Hybrid
arrangement (video conferencing/physical Mode).
Since one of the offences is under section 3 of the S.C. & S.T. (PoA) Act, let the learned counsel for the appellant serve an extra copy of the appeal memo along with the interim applications and impugned judgment on the learned counsel for the State by tomorrow (27.07.2022), who shall send the same to the Inspector-in-Charge of Bargarh Sadar Police Station in Bargarh Sadar P.S. Case No. 239 of 2022 for its service on the informant and it will be intimated to her that the matter is likely to be taken up on 17th April 2022 and if she so likes, she can engage a counsel to oppose the prayer for bail. A written proof regarding service of notice be obtained from the // 2 //
informant.
Put up this matter on 17th April 2023 along with CRLA No. 311 of 2023.
