05. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.
2. Mr.S. Panigrahi, learned counsel for the Appellant, instead of pressing this application for grant of bail, prays for early hearing of this Appeal on merit subject to the convenience of the Court. He submits that even today if the Court pleases, he is ready for hearing.
3. The prayer of the learned counsel for the Appellant is accepted as the learned counsel for the State gives his consent in submitting that he is also ready for hearing.
4. The Misc. Case is accordingly disposed of.
