3. 1. Mr. Mohanta, learned advocate led by Mr. Dash, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, impugned is order dated 14th November, 2019 in the execution case, whereby his client was directed to deposit 30% of award amount without interest.
2. Mr. Samal, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite party and submits, the arbitration appeal (ARBA no.31 of 2018) preferred by petitioner stood disposed of on confirming judgment dated 15th December, 2017, upholding award dated 18th July, 2016, which is subject matter in the execution proceeding. In the circumstances, no order can be made on the writ petition.
3. No order can be made. The writ petition is dismissed and the interim order stands vacated.
