2. Heard Mr. A. Tripathy, learned counsel appearing for the appellant.
3. This is an appeal from the Judgment dated 16.08.2022 delivered in C.P. No.172/294 of 2021 by the Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh.
4. Mr. Tripathy, learned counsel has stated that the entire judgment and decree is not under challenge in this appeal. The challenge is limited to the extent of determination of the quantum of alimony.
5. Admit.
6. Call for LCRs, scanned or photocopies.
7. Issue notice.
8. Notice is made returnable on 27.10.2022.
9. Steps for service of notice on the respondent be taken by the appellant by Registered Post with A.D. by 27.09.2022.
