2. Heard Mr. A. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

3. By means of this appeal, the Judgment dated 06.11.2021 delivered in Civil Proceeding No.91 of 2021 by the Family Court, Kendrapara has been challenged.

4. It may be noted that the entire decree has not been challenged. Only a part of it has been challenged so far as it concerned with the quantum of alimony.

5. Admit.

6. Call for LCRs, scanned or photocopies.

7. Issue notice.

8. Notice is made returnable on 20.10.2022.

9. Steps for service of notice on the sole respondent be taken by the appellant by Registered Post with A.D. within a week from today.

10. The Registry is directed to procure the LCRs., before the next date.
