02 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging
the order dated 29.07.2022 passed by the learned Senior
Civil Judge(Commercial Court), Bhubaneswar in ARBP
No.7 of 2022 whereby the petitioner-judgment debtor has
been directed to deposit 100% of the awarded amount of
Rs.18,43,48,401/- within one month as a condition
precedent for stay of enforcement of arbitration award
dated 30.11.2011 under Section 36(3) of the Arbitration
and Conciliation Act, 1996.
4. In view of the above, issue notice to the opposite party.

5. Since Mr.Amrut Baral, learned Advocate appears for
the opposite party, a spare copy of the writ petition be
served on him to take instructions /file counter in the
matter by the next date.
6. List this matter on 14th of November, 2022.
