2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties not to replace him by another temporary employee in the status of School Coordinator and to take all effective steps to regularize his service with the scale at par with the contract teachers and to consider his case for regularization by giving preference for the number of years he has served with relaxation of age if necessary by way of direct negotiation between the school and the agencies and to declare the action of the Opposite Parties in issuing tender document for outsourcing the School Coordinator/ Computer teacher/ facilitator issued by opp. Parties as illegal and contrary to the national policy.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the case of the petitioner is covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Anil Kumar Bal v. State of Odisha and another, (WPC (OAC) No. 712 of 2014 disposed of on 07.09.2022). Therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in the light of the aforesaid

judgment.

5. In view of the above submission, as agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 07.09.2022 passed by this Court in the case of Anil Kumar Bal (supra).

6. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
