2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The petitioners, who are contractual employees, have filed this writ petition seeking regularization of his service.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that after completion of six years of service though the juniors to the petitioners have been regularized in service, but the said benefit has not been extended to the petitioners. It is stated that the case of the petitioners is covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Patitapaban Dutta Dash and others v. State of Odisha and others (W.P.(C) No. 19951 of 2020 disposed of on 09.09.2021), to which learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties has raised no objection.
5. Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the judgment dated 09.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 19951 of 2020 disposed of on 09.09.2021 (Patitapaban Dutta Dash and others v. State of Odisha and others), this Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the said judgment.
