1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard Mr.S.C. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the appellant.
3. This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay of 45 days (as per the Stamp Reporter's report) in filling the appeal under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act,1984 from the judgment dated 28.03.2022 delivered in C.P. No.763 of 2011 by the Judge, Family Court, Cuttack.
4. Issue notice as to why the aforementioned delay should not be condoned as prayed for or such other order or orders should not be passed by this Court as may deem appropriate in the circumstances of the case.
