01. 1. The Original Application No. 1354 of 2013 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No. 1354 of 2013.

2. The afore-said I.A. has been filed stating that though a photocopy of judgment has been furnished to the learned Bench of the Odisha Administrative Tribunal on the date of hearing itself, i.e., 22nd September, 2016, the order dated 17th May, 2017 disposing of OA No. 1354(C) is silent about consideration of said judgment.

3. Perusal of record shows that even though, the said IA was filed way back on 1st December, 2017, none has taken any step to get the matter listed or pressed.

4. At the time of hearing, none has appeared for the counsel for the Petitioner, which indicates that the Petitioner is no more interested to pursue with this matter. Hence, the IA is rejected.
