02. This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

It is stated at the bar that in the meantime the judgment trial Court has been pronounced on 30.11.2021 and the petitioners have been acquitted of all the charges. The copy of the trial Court judgment has been filed in the connected bail application i.e. BLAPL No. 1341 of 2021..

In view of such submission, this bail application has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of as such.
