The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties to revise his pay as per the judgment of this Court dated 11.08.2017 under Annexure-5 taking into consideration his promotion as MPHS (M) w.e.f. 20.12.1997, which have already been extended by opposite party no.2 dated 03.04.2018 under Annexure-7 and order dated 03.12.2018 under Annexure-9.
3. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-8 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.
4. As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-8, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
