01. 1. Ms. Patnaik, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, impugned is against award/judgment dated 29th August, 2016 of the Permanent Lok Adalat (PLA). She submits, grievance of opposite party no.1 before the PLA were that her consent was not obtained prior to tubectomy operation and compensation amount was not paid. The PLA proceeded to adjudicate without facilitating settlement.

2. Issue notice along with this order on opposite party by registered/speed post with AD. Petitioner will put in requisites.

3. Interim order will be considered on adjourned date.

4. List on 31st October, 2022.
