03. 1. The questions raised in the present petition already stand answered in STREV No.136 of 2011 (State of Odisha, represented by the Commissioner of Sales Tax v. Ginni Metal Industries (P) Ltd.) by the judgment dated 19th July, 2022.

2. Consequently, the Court is not inclined to again entertain the present revision petition only for that purpose.

3. Accordingly, the STREV is disposed of.
