2. None appears for the Appellant on repeated calls.

3. Earlier also when the matter got listed on 06.09.2022, nobody appeared for the appellant. Further, defects as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter is yet to be removed and though the impugned judgment dated 16/02.2015, passed in LA Ref No.26/2013 by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sundargarh, is under challenge in the present Memorandum of Appeal, the same has been filed on 29.12.2017 without any application for condonation of delay, so also without depositing the Court Fee payable as per law.

4. Hence, the Appeal stands dismissed on the ground of delay and laches, so also for non-taking of steps, as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter.
