4 1. Considering the evidence of the victim and that of the examining doctor as also the period of detention of the Petitioner-Appellant in custody, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Petitioner- Appellant be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter in C.T. (Spl) Case No.37/2019 including the condition that he shall not misuse the liberty granted to him.
