2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3. This is a case for non-renewal of passport on the premises of pendency of criminal case. Mr.Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner brining the reference to the judgment of this Court in W.P.(C).No.4834 of 2022 decided on 23.03.2022 wants coverage of the case and disposal accordingly whereas Mr.Parhi, learned Assistant Solicitor General wants time to go through the case involved and if there is applicability of the above judgment to the case at hand. One extra copy of the writ petition be served on Mr.P.K.Parhi, learned Assistant Solicitor General by tomorrow (1105.2022).
