     01.    1.      Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant

and submits, impugned is judgment dated 23rd February, 2022 passed by the learned Court below dismissing challenge of his client to award dated 22nd April, 2016. He submits, the award was never served on his client. In the circumstances, reckoning 120 days or any other period from date of service of the award on some other could not have been held against his client, to dismiss the challenge as barred by limitation.

2. Issue notice along with this order on respondents by registered/speed post with A.D. Appellant will put in requisites.

3. List on 22nd June, 2022. The interim application will be considered on returnable date
